Malaga

Malaga is the area that we first chose, it’s excellent climate, with microclimates in areas like Velez Malaga, where Avocados and Mangos grow side by side with Oranges and Lemons, and panoramic villages like Comares, it was an ideal place to start. With great communications throughout the province an airport is never far away and beaches, golf courses and all the facilities of the Costa del Sol making it a firm favourite with the house buyer. As time has passed property values have increased to the point where it has become comparatively expensive, building regulations have also been tightened more than anywhere in Andalucia making life more difficult for the person who wants to reform a ruin. The cultural life of Malaga city cannot not be underestimated, with it’s own theatres. Concert venues, both rock and classical. Art galleries including the famous Picasso gallery.
