Murcia

Murcia is the most popular search term on the Internet when it comes to Spanish property, this reflects the fact that it is till arguably the cheapest place to buy for Brits in Spain, far cheaper than it’s neighboring Andalucia and Costa Blanca.

Warm all year round and with very little rain, this is the sun lover’s paradise. Inland from the coast places like Mula, Bullas, Caravaca, offer terrific village houses at very good prices. The towns are lively and the local wines exceptional. Close to airports such as Alicante and Almeria it also has it’s own airport at San Javier, which lies very close to the La Manga resort on the mar menor. Murcia is well worth a look.
