Cadiz like Cordoba borders the Malaga province and areas like Olvera offer authentic Spanish village life at much less than Malaga prices. Easy access to Jerez airport and towns like Arcos de Fronteira make this area well worth a visit. Mainly village houses for sale though the occasional detached farmhouse is on offer. Colder in the winter, warmer in the summer but not enough to worry about. The occasional sunny crisp morning can be a tonic. Prices are good and the natives are friendly.
